For any information system to be easy to use, a simple page creation method should be employed. The EAS Template Editor shown below provides a very quick and easy method of producing an elctronic noticeboard display page. A number of page design layouts are included that allow the user to insert text, pictures or video clips.

The image below shows the noticeboard page in 'Preview Mode'. The editor produces a range of page formats that would suite most requirements, but if you require a specific page layout we can produce a template to your page design.
Full preview of created pages and inserted images is offered, the option to show a banner graphic across the top of the page, an option to show the date and time that the page was issued and full control of text and background colours are supported. The system uses our simplified tags to select the colour of text etc at a given point in the page by simply 'right clicking' the mouse and selecting the tag from a menu. Advanced users can insert html tags directly into the editor.
Background images can be added to a page by simply selecting the image from a list with the background selector. You can add your own background images to the system by placing them into a backgrounds folder.
Created a page some weeks ago and can't remember the file name? The system has a full search facility to look for any text strings in saved pages.
